How long will my case take to make?

Current production time is 2-4 weeks for most made to order and custom cases, rhinestone resin and full rhinestone cases taking longest. This time frame is approximate as there are many factors that go into every case. For custom orders, please be as descriptive as possible before checking out and make sure to respond to any communication from us so that we can begin production as soon as possible.

How do I care for my decoden case?

First and foremost, decoden cases are a piece of art and are not made with the purpose or intention of protection. We do offer more protective options, however this applies to the phone case itself and not the parts of the case. Avoiding dropping you case will prolong its life. Should your case become dirty, remove your phone from the case, wipe with a soft damp cloth and allow to dry fully before replacing your phone. Do not use harsh cleaning solutions or alcohols as this may damage or lift the adhesive materials.

Over time the silicone used for whipped cases may peel or large cabachons may fall off, in which case you can apply more silicone to replace the piece.

Rhinestones are applied with high quality adhesive and/or epoxy resin, should they fall off they can be reapplied with E6000, superglue (least recommended), or resin.

What is the fluid used in your shakers?

The fluid in our shaker charms is baby oil (mineral oil)

What is the decoden whip made of?

Our whip is made with a 100% silicone base and color with a variety of alcohol inks, glitters, and mica powders.
